Postage

What postage service do we use? 

We use Royal Mail to post to you. Occasionally a courier service may be used. 

We aim to dispatch orders in 48 hours. 

Orders will reach you generally within 7 working days, they mach reach you sooner. 

We currently offer:

•Royal Mail 24 (delivery aim 2 days)

•Royal Mail 48 (delivery aim 3 working days). 

Royal mail allow 10 working days from postal date, before lost claims can be started, please bare this in mind if you are contacting us to enquire about lost items, as there may just be delays in your area. 

If you miss a delivery, follow Royal Mail's instructions to retrieve it. 

Prices for postage can be found at the check out stage, as this will be the most up the date. 

Do we ship internationally? 

We offer UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand shipping at current only. 

UK prices can be found at check out and are accurate. 

Please email us, or message on our social media pages to discuss shipping quotes to outside of the UK where an option does not come up at checkout or to get an accurate quote. Postage outside of the UK may incur customs charges to you as the customer which we cannot take responsibility for.
