All sizes have 2 x 2 Popper snaps to get the perfect fit, however lengths and width vary for the sizes as illustrated.

75% Organic 100 Content Standard Certified Cotton 25% Polyester Velour topped for the ultimate natural luxury, providing a semi stay dry feel. 
 
Silky Soft Bottom PUL layer to give confidence against leaks. 
 
Absorbency Material is Bamboo 85% Polyester 15%. No Microfiber. 
 
Wash & Care for your Cloth Sanitary Pads 
 
After use rinse through with cool water until pad runs clear when squeezed. 
 
We recommend washing with washing powder at 40° or 60°. 
 
Stretch out and dry flat for the best re-shaping of your CSP.

Medium has 3 layers of bamboo terry inner with cotton velour top.

The best cloth sanitary pads around

I've used cloth sanitary pads (CSPs) for incontinence for many years, pleased not to be sending lots of unpleasant disposable pads to landfill. These are the best I've had out of several brands. This is why:
*they come in different sizes. I nearly got this wrong as I didn't check the length so I would advise you to do this if you're getting some!
*they are cleverly constructed with different materials to provide comfort, prevent leakage, and to look attractive. I have found that some previous versions with cotton next to me go hard and uncomfortable.
*two poppers rather than the usual one ensure that they are more likely to stay in place. I have to wear very loose underwear due to incontinence surgery that went wrong, so this can be a problem. But these stay where I need them to be, and I can add a safety pin in the little lable to attach to my pants if I need to
* they wash really well and dry soft (without fabric conditioner). Remember they are quite thick so will need time to dry.

Congratulations on a great product. How I wish these were sold more widely to help reduce waste and improve comfort.
